He gave concerts as soloist, presenting generally his own compositions (classical-contemporary) in some of the most important guitar festivals, classical contemporary music festivals and concert series in Sweden, Estonia, Germany, Switzerland, Peru, Uruguay, Argentina ,Chile, France and Bolivia. Last year he was invited to play and bring masterclasses in India (1° International Guitar Festival of Calcuta) and in the Himalaya's Kingdom of Bhutan (Bhutan Classical guitar Festival at Uma Paro), and in this 2011 in Argentina (Ushuahia Classical Music Festival), Perú (Festival Internacional de Guitarra del ICPNA) and to play as soloist with the Moskauw Symphony Orchestra in Orvieto Classical Musical Festival (Italy).

John Williams at the Royal ConservatoryDate: 03/27/2011 - 15:00 Location: Canada: Toronto ON Work Performed: Works for Guitar The Royal Conservatory John Williams, international ambassador of the guitar, has toured the world playing solo and with orchestras. Although he is best known as a classical guitarist, he has also collaborated with Pete Townshend of The Who, and his guitar version of the song, Cavatina, was the theme music in the The Deer Hunter. This performance will include original pieces by John Williams and works by Villa-Lobos, Leo Brouwer, Francis Bebey, and Agustín Barrios Mangoré. This concert is sponsored by the Aaron Brock Foundation in memory of Toronto guitarist Aaron Brock (18.11.1974 - 3.08.2006). Presented in association with the Toronto Guitar Society.
