Network Winds is a chamber ensemble we don't hear often enough. Leslie Newman (flute), Kathy Halvorson (oboe), Micah Heilbrunn (clarinet), Nadina Mackie Jackson (bassoon) and Wendy Limbertie (horn) tackle a Latin-flavoured program that includes two pieces by Heitor Villa-Lobos.
