This concert celebrates the incredible legacy of Bach and his influence on three exhilarating chamber works. The precise, mathematical and beautiful Bach style is clearly showcased in the uplifting Fine quartet and the achingly lovely Bachianas Brasileiras explore the immortal Bach forms in a lyrical showcase. Fnally the Mendelssohn Octet explores the full range of sound capable of being produced by string instruments.
