Live recorded in 1972 at Sala Cecilia Meireles, Rio de Janeiro during the Villa-Lobos International Chamber Music Competition. The winner was the Sexteto do Rio Ensemble.
The works by Villa-Lobos included in this recording are: Choros no. 2 for flute and clarinet (Celso Woltzenlogel and José Botelho); The Jet whistle for flute and cello (Celso Woltzenlogel and Watson Clis); Fantasia Concertante for clarinet, bassoon and piano (José Botelho, Noel Devos and Heitor Alimonda). There is also the Duo for clarinet and bassoon by Cesar Guerra-Peixe, (José Botelho and Noel Devos)
