COLORS AND TIMBRES
Our season opener begins with a duo for vibraphone/marimba and harp written in 1990
by Finnish composer, Mikko Heinio. A woodwind trio is featured in a work from 1922 by
Brazilian composer, Villa-Lobos. The concert concludes with a vibrant early quartet of
