Goan & Brazilian folksong arrangements
Goa meets Brazil in the beautiful Drapers' Hall. This concert features the celebrated Goan soprano and Festival favourite, Patricia Rozario, and the renowned Brazilian cellist, Antonio Meneses. They are joined by seven more cellists from the Guildhall School in a programme of Bach, Villa Lobos (two of his renowned 'Bachianas Brasileiras' pieces) and Goan and Brazilian folksong arrangements.
