The evening's repertoire spotlights Costa Rican composer Alejandro Cardon's Echú, Venezuelan composer Castellanos Yumar's Divertimento, Mexican composer Domingo Lobato's Quartet in G and Brazilian composers Francisco Mignone with Three Pieces for Quartet and Heitor Villa-Lobos with String Quartet No. 5.

INVERURIE Music's next concert will feature Djordje Gajic (accordion) at St Mary's Church, Inverurie on Saturday, April 21, at 8pm.

The performance will feature J. S. Bach, Toccata and Fugue in D minor; D. Scarlatti, Four Sonatas; V. Zolotaryov, Sonata No.2; W. A. Mozart, Andante in F; V. Semyonov, Bulgarian Suite; V. Zolotaryov, Suite No.1; Y. Dranga, Fantasy; I. Albeniz, Asturias and Cordoba and H. Villa-Lobos The Dance of the White Indian.

Djordje Gajic began his musical studies in Serbia at the age of 6, graduating from the Russian Academy of Music in 1993 with a Master of Music degree and Honorary Title, Solo Performer.

He is an accordion professor at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and St Mary's Music School.
