Guitarist Miloš Karadaglić to promote his new recording with an American tour

Last July Deutsche Grammophon (DG) released guitarist Miloš Karadaglić's second recording, Pasión; and, in response, he has enjoyed a debut recital at the Royal Albert Hall, along with winning the Breakthrough Artist of the Year award at the UK's Classical BRITS. The selections on the new CD include several arrangements for guitar and string orchestra of compositions such as Ástor Piazzolla's "Libertango" and Carlos Gardel's "Por una cabeza." These are the joint efforts of string arrangements by Christoph Israel with guitar parts revised by Stephen Gross. Solo selections include the first prelude of Heitor Villa-Lobos and Gross' arrangement of the popular tango "La cumparsita."

To promote this recent recording, Karadaglić has planned four weeks of solo performances in the United States. There will be five recitals, followed by a series of concerto performances with the Indianapolis Symphony. Here is the touring schedule:
