Published by Max Eschig in Paris.  There is only a fragment (2 pp.) of the autograph score in the Museu Villa-Lobos.

This is one of the first scores to be published in the Villa-Lobos Digital project of the Academia Brasileira da Música.

One recording only of this work, and unfortunately the disc itself is rare: O Raro Villa-Lobos.
