Cello & Piano at Bexhill on SeaDate: 11/03/2011 - 19:30 Location: UK: Bexhill on Sea Work Performed: Pequna Suite Bachianas Brasileiras #5 De La Warr Pavilion, Bexhill on Sea, Bexhill on Sea TN40 1DP, United Kingdom Four:Two - Diego Carneiro and Carla Ruaro Playing piano and cello from the age of ten, at age sixteen, Cellist Diego Carneiro gave his debut concert at the Cecilia Meirelles' Hall in Rio de Janeiro, with a live recording of the Haydn. Over the years, Diego has appeared frequently as soloist and chamber music performer in a number of international music festivals. In 2004 he participated in the documentary 'The Music of the Rain Forest' for BBC Radio 4 and produced a documentary entitled "Amazonia, the Resounding Jungle" which reflects his contact with Amazonian nature and the artistic movements from that region. A graduate from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, pianist Carla Ruaro has worked with a variety of different instrumentalists performing in competitions, festivals, exams and concerts around England, Ireland and Middle East. She has performed in concert halls such as Abu Dhabi National Theatre, Mayfair and Bloomsbury Central Baptist Church and Trinity College of Music.
